CCR / UCR ELECTRIC WIRE ROPE HOIST with DOUBLE RAIL TRAVEL MECHANISM "CCR" so called cat or crab for overhead double girder cranes. These cats from 1,000 kg. up to 63,000 kg. capacities. These version of cats are, Standard Classic Types and Special Low Headroom Types.

STANDARD CLASSIC TYPES

Standard Classic Type
(Drum operation position is perpendicular to main girders)
Cat length is so small and can take loads from left and right sides of working area.

Standard Classic Optional Type
(Drum operation position is parallel to main girders)
Cat length is quite long and can take loads better from back and forth areas.

UCR Open Type Cats
For heavier loads more than 20 tons up to 63 tons (std.) For special orders up to 120 tons.

SPECIAL LOW HEADROOM CATS

Special Cats
Here the cat body is in between the main girders. Customers may also need special L type of main girders, whenever the gap from railways up to ceiling is very small and/or girders height restricted for loadings. With this system main girders are lifted from 25 to 50 cm up also. These problems mostly occur for restricted small store houses and workshops.
